Hi there, I’m Bec!

I’m a qualified sports massage therapist turned online business owner and full-time van-lifer, passionate about health, wellbeing, and helping others live with a degree of autonomy that most people only ever dream of.

After spending years in a corporate role, tied to a career that felt more like a climb to nowhere, with constant demands and little time for the things I love, I decided to make a change. Retraining in sports massage allowed me to step away from the politics and pressure while making a real difference in people’s lives.

While this career shift was incredibly fulfilling, it also showed me that my control over my own time and energy was still limited. I could only work, earn, and travel so much while staying tied to my clinic.

Not far into my 40s, I started experiencing menopause symptoms that challenged my health and physical work even further. My body was struggling to keep up with the demands of a busy clinic, and recovery after each week was taking longer.

I was still dreaming of a life with more autonomy, more adventure, more time outdoors with my dog, and the ability to explore freely. The realisation that I had another 27 years in clinic to go before retirement was an option was a huge wake-up call. I would be broken by that point, and any dreams of travel would likely be impossible.

That’s when I decided to look outside my comfort zone for an alternative option that would allow me to build financial stability without needing to drive my body into the ground, support my children in their early adult years, and realise my dreams of van life, travel, and exploring with my beautiful fur baby, Isla.

After building my online business alongside my clinic, I now work full-time online with products that support my health, a community that supports my learning and wellbeing, and I’m still able to help others. Only now, I help them achieve the autonomy they dream of.
